Report

In accordance with applicable law, reports of posts that may infringe rights are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Rights holders or their representatives wishing to report should fill in all information accurately and submit with the required documents attached.

Incomplete forms may not be processed, and replies may be delayed during busy periods. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note

As a platform operator that intermediates content transactions, Postype cannot make legal judgments; the sanction following a report (forced unpublishing of the post for 30 days) is a temporary measure to prevent further infringement until the relevant authority makes a final decision.

The author of a post placed under temporary action for copyright infringement, defamation or insult is notified of the action together with the reporter's name (company name) and the reason for the report.

Reports may only be filed by the party directly or indirectly referred to in the post and suffering harm (an individual or an organization's representative), or by an agent authorized by that party.

All procedures after the temporary action period (30 days) follow agreement between the parties or lawful cooperation requests, recommendations and rulings of the relevant investigative, arbitration or judicial authorities.

Depending on the case, in addition to the temporary action, further measures may be taken: level 3 – permanent unpublishing of the post (no republishing), level 4 – channel suspension, level 5 – account ban.

Under applicable law, anyone who requests the suspension of reproduction/transmission of a post without legitimate rights must compensate for all resulting damages.
