When a copyright-infringing post is registered on Postype, Postype responds as promptly and firmly as possible. However, we have no authority to take action regarding works leaked to external sites, so please request that the copyright-infringing post be taken down in accordance with the procedures required by that service. In addition, as a platform that brokers content transactions, Postype finds it difficult to intervene in legal matters between users. We cooperate to the fullest extent when investigative agencies and the like request information through lawful procedures prescribed by law, so we advise you to request an investigation into the copyright infringement from the relevant authorities.
As a service that allows paid sales of and donations for creative works, Postype regards copyright infringement as a very serious matter, and to minimize such problems we have put in place various technical measures, such as preventing posts from being copied. Unfortunately, however, with current web technology there is no way to completely prevent the leakage of content on the internet. This is why we provide the additional notice in Settings that 'It is impossible to completely block unauthorized copying.' Since it is not easy for other services, not just Postype, to prevent content from being saved without authorization, if you are concerned about such leakage of your content, we recommend that you do not post it on the public internet. We will continue to think carefully and seek ways to protect your valuable works more safely in the future.
