A request may be rejected in the following cases.
- Request to Lift Temporary Measure form was not completed in full
- Required documents were missing
- The identification requirements were not met

The last 6 digits of the resident registration number, address, and date of issue on the identification were not masked

The identification is not of a verifiable type (a certificate issued by a public institution, such as a resident registration card, driver's license, or passport)

All four corners of the identification are not visible

The identification is blurry or the information cannot be accurately confirmed due to light reflection

The identification is damaged or invalid
