How to Request Lifting a Temporary Measure on a Post Reported for Copyright Infringement
Fill in the Request to Lift Temporary Measure Related to Rights Infringement Report form faithfully, then submit it with the Required Attachments section followed and all required documents attached. If the form is incomplete, for example due to missing documents, the request may not be accepted. Receipt and processing of a request takes up to 5 business days(excluding weekends·public holidays) at most.
A request to lift a temporary measure can be made only within 30 days from the date the post was placed under the temporary measure. Under applicable law, if a request to resume the reproduction and transmission of a post is made without legitimate authority, the requester must compensate for all damages arising therefrom. Submission of a request to lift a temporary measure is deemed consent to the above obligation to compensate.
Required Attachments
1. Rights holder's identification or agent's supporting documents (required)
Please submit the rights holder's own identification (the last 6 digits of the resident registration number, address, and date of issue must be masked), or a copy of the agent's identification together with a power of attorney. The request may be rejected in the following cases.
- The identification is not of a verifiable type (a certificate issued by a public institution, such as a resident registration card, driver's license, or passport)
- All four corners of the identification are not visible
- The identification is blurry or the information cannot be accurately confirmed due to light reflection
- The identification is damaged or invalid
2. Documents proving the copyright relationship (required)
Please submit a copy of the copyright registration certificate. For works that have not been registered, you must attach other materials that can prove you are the original author (such as a screenshot of the original work in edit mode showing the creation date or publication date).
